What is your return policy?
It isn't a problem to return something to us. Simply, select "Return an Item" from the welcome dropdown menu and select "add a new request". Tell us what the problem is in the "Request Type" and select the order number. The "waiting for product from customer status" will remain until we receive the item. As soon as we receive it we will process your return and notify you. Merchandise must be in new and unused condition and accompanied by a sales receipt. If you have defective merchandise please return as soon as possible so that we may offer a replacement.
