Appropriate Artwork Guidelines Policy

Fifth Field Company's policy on artwork appropriate for custom designs

All designs submitted must meet the following guidlines. Fifth Field Company reserves the right to refuse to produce any design, at it's sole discretion, for any reason that it sees fit.

Obscene Material

Any artwork that is obscene, offensive, blasphemous, pornographic, unlawful, threatening, menacing, abusive, harmful, an invasion of privacy or publicity rights, defamatory, libelous, vulgar, illegal or otherwise objectionable, will not be accepted.

Copywritten, Trademarked, or other protected works

Any material that is, or believed to be, in the sole discretion of Fifth Field Company, protected by copyright, trademark, patent, or any other form of intellectual property protection will not be accepted.
