Ordering custom items through Fifth Field Company is easy. Here's how the process works:

Step 1: Choose Your Item and Customize

First, you need to pick one of the available items, then you can either select a design from our Gallery, or create a custom design using our online designer tool. The Gallery contains many of the most common designs and requires almost no graphic design skills.

If you want to go beyond the basics, you can use our online designer tool to create your own design. The tool is designed to be quick and easy to use. It allows you to combine text (with a variety of font options), Graphics (including Queen's University logos and wordmarks), and your own images to create your own custom design.

Step 2: Place Your Order

After you finish creating your design, just place your order! Typically, custom orders require 3 business days before they are ready for pickup. However the timeline can vary depending on the size of the order.

Step 3: Pickup your items

You'll receive an email from us when your items are ready for pickup and payment.

What is your returns policy on custom items?

Every custom ordered item is made just for you. For this reason, returned goods cannot be resold, so custom items can't be returned. We test all our products to ensure that they meet our quality standards. If unexpected problems occur, contact us within 7 days of receiving your product. We'll do our best to solve the problem for you!

Does the Queen's Licensing department need to check my design?

If you used any of the Queen's branding in your design (logo, wordmarks, trademarks) then Queen's Licensing approval is required. We handle this process for you - a copy of your design will automatically be sent to Queen's Licensing. If there are any issues, we'll let you know, and you'll have an opportunity to adjust your design based on Queen's Licensing feedback. There are no additional costs to use the Queen's branding in your design.
